Minutes:

Project management: all dates for PDR are on the slides

AI: Manuel need updated date for AIT to check everything is ok with assembly halls in Tenerife.

System engineering :

AI: Bave a meeting between BC and JW to align.

AI: BC to share the Alignement AIT/AIV plan draft that have been prepared to check that hypothesis are OK

Optical Design:

Discussion about the colimators: geometry modification are considered for the costing. as well as gluing mechanical support pads and lightweigthing. Lightweigthing is an important cost driver. Assessment of the what we need to do will depend on the whole analysis. Lightweigting is not a big issue for the mounts. It is for the table and the overal weight.

Mount design: Package delivered.

Discussion: Status of the ASA as before the delivery of the degrees of freedom requirements. To be seen with management if this can be improved for PDR documentation.

A document with questions suggestions etc for the next phases has been prepared by Roberto. It has already been shared with interested parties.

AI: BC to organize a meeting with roberto to analyse the answers to the compliance matrix.

Table design: Package delivered for UBV

Vacuum tank/Thermal Enclosure/Earth Quake simulations etc:

• Vacuum tank rom IN, good providers identified

• Vacuum tank FEM analysis ok

• Outgasing study updated => Message mechanics, be it the tank, tables and mount need to be well cleand as they are dominating the budget.

• Start Earthquake simulation for the whole assembly

• Simulations of the Thermal enclosure show it is necessary to fix it to the ground at nasmyth for the eigen frequency (already OK)

• situtation with 3d experience finalizong contracts on the side of UNIGE. discussion about when money can be spent on AIP side, it seems it will happen next year.
